Orders typically ship in less than 5 business days (Holiday season could add a business day or two). All items are shipped in a prompt manner and with the utmost of care via UPS, USPS or FedEx. Tracking is included with each order. I will let you know if there will be an expected delay as soon as I am aware. If you experience any issues at all with your delivered print you can reach out to me and I will work to remedy the situation promptly. Your peace of mind surrounding your purchased print is a top priority.

If your order arrives damaged, please let me know right away. Please save the shipping box. Send me relevant photos of the damage. I will replace the damaged item as soon as possible at no cost.

If you need a different size than those listed, please ask me. I can often accommodate such requests, although the cropping will likely change somewhat.

My prints are produced on professional printers using archival inks that will last up to 75 years.

Yes, most of my photographs are available in black and white and sepia upon request for no additional charge. Simply contact me for details.

Etsy has file size limits which limit the quality of image that can be displayed in each listing and are only to give an idea of what the final piece will look like.
